About

Cat is currently a senior project manager with approximately 1-1/2 years of experience in residential interior design, 3 years (PTE) as a Jane-of-all-trades at a Seattle-based hospitality design-build firm, and 5 years as a designer in the fashion industry. Cat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communications from the University of Washington Bothell, an AA in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Los Angeles, and a User Experience Design Certificate from General Assembly. While attending UW Bothell, Cat worked as a personal assistant for two families and as a Creative Assistant at Root Culture Lab. She is skilled at organizing and strategizing, and is both analytical and creative. In her spare time, Cat enjoys cooking, attending National Geographic lectures, and taking piano lessons.

Approach

Cat takes a multi-disciplinary, customer-focused approach to design, using the same design and research principles gleaned from her fashion and interiors experience to inform design decisions.

Goals

Cat’s primary goal is to help develop businesses of all sizes. She has a wide range of interests, from food and restaurants to fashion, architecture, and neuroscience. She finds project management highly satisfying, and takes joy in experiencing the growth of local businesses.
