Responsibilities

Interior design including slab, tile, cabinetry, cabinet hardware, flooring, light fixture and exterior paint color sourcing and specifications, adhering to production spec level budgets and brand standards

Adobe InDesign design package creation and updates per Design Director redlines and any subsequent changes due to value engineering directives from Product Development and leadership teams

Exterior paint diagram creation using Adobe Illustrator

Drafting and/or editing existing production spec interior elevations in AutoCAD

Lighting Plan layout in AutoCAD

Project management of exterior rendering creation by third party vendor in China, and coordination of internal review process

Bid reviews of cabinet and hard surfaces vendor bid packages

Site walks with Construction PM to ensure accurate lighting rough-in locations and tile placement
